Marshall Barnes To Open Western Outpost

After years of being based in the eastern Midwest, Marshall Barnes, R&D Eng moves to open operations in Colorado as his involvement in aerospace grows.

Sept. 29, 2013 - PRLog -- The saying used to be "Go West young man", and it looks like research and development engineer Marshall Barnes is taking heed. Based for years in Ohio, most recently Yellow Springs, Marshall is now moving a good portion of his operation to Colorado. Having spent much time in the western states this year it had become apparent that a western base of operations is in the best interests of his growing involvement with the aerospace industry.

Currently the number one figure in the quest to develop warp drive technology as well as the potential for time travel, Marshall finds no point in continuing to try to develop any action in Ohio.

"There is no interest in the kinds of work that I'm doing in physics or aerospace in Ohio as far as business potential. It might as well be a ghost town. There is no one else doing these things, there's no interest on the State government level in encouraging these areas and I'm not wasting my time anymore."

Marshall was a featured speaker for the Technical Show and Tell event at the 100 Year Starship Symposium in Houston, TX last week where he made a number of important connections related to his work, including at least one aerospace facility that could house a planned research lab for STDTS™ technology experimentation.

"The nice thing about Colorado is that it is centrally located between Texas, Washington, Nevada and California which includes research and many conference locations," he stated. "I can get anywhere I need from there and the weather is better than being in Texas all the time. I hate Texas weather".

Marshall has been in the Yellow Springs, OH area since 2010 which had been a favored research location, but he has outgrown it. At the same time, he has easily gained notoriety and status in the fertile western states that have a long history of involvement in space related industries. His STDTS™ technology is the only way of achieving possibilities for warp drive which he proved at the 100 Year Starship Symposium, which makes him a natural for joining the aerospace landscape out west, along with companies such as Virgin Galactic. Currently, while dealing with the move, he's working on finishing his documentary movie, STDTS™: The World's First Warp Drive, which reveals the background history and current events surrounding his inventing the breakthrough technology that to stands to change mankind's relationship not only with outer space but the nature of time itself. The film will feature never before seen footage of experiments, witnesses and co-workers, and discussions on how the STDTS™ technology works and the implications not only for achieving warp drive but time travel as well - just as warp drive technology has been predicted to do, most recently by a April 2013 article in Popular Science magazine on NASA's warp drive researcher, Harold White.

"The movie is actually in post production now as we wrapped production in Houston at the 100 Year Starship. The only things that needs to be shot are a few scenes discussing the physics behind the research and the like. It's all very exciting as we are getting an increasing level of interest in it -  even overseas."

The movie is expected to be completed by November. Due to his hectec schedule, Marshall is restricting his media access until the film's completion.
