He explained that the GREP101 course was aimed squarely at server-related skills, “the sort of skills you need to run your own Internet server, program a robot, drone controller or smart watch”, not something that all kids are capable of, or interested in - but that for some, “this is just the sort of extension to their learning that they crave”, and something that could set them up with valuable skills for the future. Lessons are emailed to students each weekday, and they each have full administrative access to an internet-connected Linux server where they will do all their work.
