"The ABCs of Program or Project Planning" - Explaining the ABCs of Public Health Care

"The ABCs of Program or Project Planning" will help health care students understand the organizational development necessary for a workable community health care plan.

SARASOTA, Fla. - Sept. 27, 2013 - PRLog -- To offset the many dilemmas that face health care providers today, we must identify community needs by priority, starting with the basics. We need to research the facts and then organize the findings, which is what this incisive book is all about.

The ABCs of Program or Project Planning will help health care students understand the organizational development necessary for a workable community health care plan. Written by a retired nurse practitioner, this book takes on the challenges being faced in an aging population. The trend in health care has been for prevention and maintenance, as opposed to treating only the acute situation. So it is a particular challenge to make this information understandable, as well as meaningful for RNs, who mostly work in acute care settings or have never had experience on a community level dealing with public health care.

This book provides students in the field the information necessary to step out of the box and learn a new approach to one of the biggest problems facing us today. Will we be ready for the challenge?
