National Coney Island New Loyalty Program a Doggone Big Hit!

National Coney Island launched its Coney Bucks Reward Card on July 1 and since then almost 50,000 customers have signed up!

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. - Sept. 10, 2013 - PRLog -- The card earns customers points toward free food, concerts, sport and event tickets – even birthday rewards.

To sign up, all customers have to do is visit a National Coney Island location or visit http://www.coneybucks.com.   There is an app that customers can download to their phones, iPads and computers.

“During the month of July, we rewarded 20% of all loyalty transactions with Instant Rewards,” said Tom Giftos, CEO and president of National Coney Island. “We gave away 3,000 beverages, 5,900 Coney combos with fries, 1,000 cups of soup, 120 event tickets including Detroit Tiger, concert and Cedar Point tickets, 2,200 Hani’s and 1,200 fries.  We are delighted that the numbers continue to grow!”

Giftos said he is delighted with the results and is looking to expand the program.

National Coney Island currently owns and operates more than 20 restaurants in Southeastern Michigan, and has been in business since 1965. Corporate headquarters are located in Roseville, Michigan - the city of the first unit, which was opened at the Macomb Mall.
