SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. - Aug. 30, 2013 - PRLog -- I founded my practice to help business leaders drive

transformational change from both a business and personal perspective. Over the past twelve years as a professional services executive (Managing Director at GlobalStar and BearingPoint and Partner at Andersen), I used my business leadership skills to provide consulting to some of the world’s largest and most successful energy companies (oil & gas, oilfield services, chemicals, and utilities) as well as Fortune 100 consumer market companies. I am a certified coach by the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and the International Coach Federation (ICF). In my coaching and consulting practice, I use that experience to facilitate lasting change with the leaders that I serve.

My mission at GlobalStar Coaching and Consulting, LLC is to assist my clients in achieving the professional and personal goals that are most important to them. Because I will always be “fully present” for each of my clients, I will only work with a small number of leaders at any given time. At heart, I am a business person. I have successfully used a collaborative approach throughout my career to ensure client needs are met. Before I became a professional coach and independent consultant, I was responsible for the U.S. Oil & Gas Practice at BearingPoint where I served as a Managing Director on multiple engagements that spanned the spectrum from strategy to business operations improvements to the implementation of information technology to support business processes. My career provided me the opportunity to serve as an instructor at Yale University in the areas of Leadership Skills, Consulting Foundations, and Mentoring. Additionally, I have facilitated numerous leadership workshops around specific business goals such as:

I approach my engagements with passion to help my clients put into action the value of “personal stewardship.” Personal stewardship says that we should all strive to leave our organization in a better place than when we started. My coaching and consulting services begin with that goal in mind.
