Radisson Blu Sharjah honors Gym Instructor for Life Time Achievment

Radisson Blu Resort Sharjah congratulates Mr. Ram Bahadur Dahal, chosen as the 1^st Runner up in 65 Kg category for the 2013 International Bodybuilding Invitation Championship, organized by Hong Kong Federation of Body Building and Fitness.

Ram Bahadur has been working with Radisson Blu Resort Sharjah for the past 5 years as a Gym Instructor.  During his tenure, he has delivered a superior fitness experience by addressing each member’s fitness needs. His ambition to become Mr. Asia follows a strict diet including protein and fiber contents and he spends about 4 hours on working out at the gym every day. He had taken 3 months to make himself fit to compete for the Body building Championship, Hong Kong.

Previously in the year 2012,   he was also crowned as Mr. Himalaya and has won a gold medal in South Asian Competitions.
