Experient Strengthens Sales Team With Addition of Mary Lou Newbold

Aug. 27, 2013 - PRLog -- Twinsburg, OH – Experient, the source for integrated meeting and event solutions, announced today its recent appointment of Mary Lou Newbold as Strategic Sales Executive on the association sales team.

Based in Chicago, Newbold will work among the large community of association professionals and will focus her efforts on identifying new opportunities to support the growth of Experient’s association client base.

Newbold brings more than 25 years’ experience in sales management to Experient. She joins us from the Chicago office of the Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau where she was Regional Director of Sales. Prior to that, she was National Sales Director for the Long Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau and Regional Sales Manager for the CVB of Greater Kansas. She also served as Director of Regional Sales for the Sonesta Hotels, Resorts & Nile Cruises, and worked as Sales Manager for numerous hotels. Newbold is a member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), the Association Forum of Chicagoland and Meeting Professionals International (MPI).
