Baby Lock Launches New Quilting Machine with Eleanor Burns as Spokesperson

FENTON, Mo. - Aug. 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Eleanor Burns has long been the spokesperson for the Baby Lock line of quilting machines, and she recently added the new Baby Lock Aria to her sewing room. What makes the Aria a new favorite for Ms. Burns? This machine includes many advanced features while remaining ideal for beginners and experienced sewers alike. Features powered by Baby Lock IQ Technology™ aid in a hassle-free quilting experience by making quick auto-adjustments when needed.

Eleanor Burns is a recent inductee to the Quilters Hall of Fame, and she is known around the world for her easy to follow quilting books and for hosting the popular PBS television series Quilt in a Day. While she still loves her Baby Lock Symphony, the Aria has modern features and a bigger workspace to help with larger projects. Baby Lock IQ Technology is seen in the Digital Dual-Feed System.  Aria owners will love easily feeding fabric without any trouble. The Digital Dual-Feed System keeps fabric feeding evenly including thick layers.

And, all of that fabric is illuminated under the Enhanced Stadium Lighting. LED lights surround the needle with 10 inches of bright light. This makes it easy to see every detail of stitches, fabric and thread colors. This lighting is paired with a sizable workspace measuring 11.25 inches to the right of the needle. It creates a large, well-lit stage for projects of many shapes and sizes.

Other features like the NeverMiss™ Automatic Needle Threader and the Advanced Pivoting are built-in to the Aria to make quilting easier.  The needle is threaded with little more than the push of a button, and the Advanced Pivoting ensures quick, elegant turns for tight corners or smaller projects. Additionally, the Aria comes with 573 built-in stitches and an LCD touch screen to browse them all. Plus with built-in accessory storage, users can take full advantage of the Baby Lock Aria’s capabilities.

Quilters should keep an eye out for Ms. Burns promoting her books and Baby Lock quilting machines at Baby Lock sponsored events across the country.  For more information on the Baby Lock Aria, visit http://www.babylock.com/quilting/aria/.
