Jack Cola to Purchase Centel Media for $846K

Last month, Jack Cola purchased the top online reputation management company, Centel Media, for $846,000. Since the purchase, Cola has made several beneficial additions to keep the company moving forward.
NEW YORK - Aug. 22, 2013 - PRLog -- On July 1, Jack Cola (John Colaiacovo) purchased Centel Media, the top online reputation management and SEO firm for a record setting $846,000. Centel Media is an Empire State corporation based out of New York City and will now be headquartered (under the Cola Administration) from the Cayman Islands. Since Cola’s acquisition, Centel Media began managing Comcast Center of Philadelphia's social media division to monitor their online reputation. Many attribute Centel Media’s work with the Comcast Center of Philadelphia to Cola being stationed there while presiding as Chief Executive Officer of the Lucentra Corporation. Centel Media has also aided former congressman and New York City Mayoral hopeful Anthony Weiner to handle the negative reputation built up by his adversaries.

Centel Media, formerly a public relations firm, has been revamped to a full fledged online reputation management and search engine optimization company. Centel Media offers assistance in domain name registration, website development and social media establishment and optimization, among a list of other services. Centel Media customers now have numerous options to build and protect their online reputation and online presence.

What separates Centel Media from its competitors, other than its elite products and services, is price. Centel Media’s prices are 50 to 60 percent cheaper than its competitors’ prices. To achieve this, they reduced the amount of man hours spent on a project by purchasing a $1.3 million (patent pending) software made by BPN Asia. Furthermore, Centel Media is now twice as effective in obtaining results due to this exclusive software. Centel Media will be releasing a series of videos in the weeks to follow on how customers can stay negative comment free after they purchase and complete an online reputation management campaign. This service will be free to all clients of Centel Media at no charge.

Coming off his acquisition of Centel Media, Cola made strong decisions for the company. He was a driving force behind the acquisition of QuestContinental.com, a website design company, and the signing of a multi-million dollar deal with BPN Asia, one of the world's leading IT service and software development companies.

Cola was aided by Charles Waters, the Chairman of the Lucentra Corporation, whom Cola worked for previously as the Chief Executive Officer of his multi-million dollar consulting firm. Waters contributed an undisclosed amount to Cola in order to purchase Centel Media. Interestingly enough, Lucentra was supposed to launch a division similar to Centel Media’s products and services, however new business development committee for Lucentra has since then nixed that proposal that was offered by Vice President and Chief Information Technology Officer (of the Lucentra Corporation) Richard Dean.

Cola, a 3 time fortune rated CEO, knows how a negative online reputation can be damaging to both businesses and individuals. His purchase of Centel Media, among recent acquisitions, was a strategic design to give existing and potential customers the best products and services offered in the ORM industry. After leaving his accomplished position at Lucentra, Cola has already proven that his success will carry over to his tenure as Chief Executive Officer of Centel Media.

Centel Media is widely heralded as the foremost online reputation company in the world. The firm was originally launched in 1980 as a public relations firm, but now provides tools and strategies for those wishing to seize control of their online reputation. After several years of publishing print press releases, Centel Media employees began publishing these releases online to improve reach and to better assist its clients. More recently, the company took that vision and expanded it. With its newest management, Centel Media offers a vast list of online reputation monitoring and defense services to individuals and brands alike. Centel Media is known for its standard-setting technologies as well as its proprietary strategies. The company's client list includes government bodies, noteworthy politicians, Fortune 100 companies, small businesses, doctors, dentists, lawyers, and private citizens.
