Porsche of Hilton Head Will Celebrate the Arrival of the 2014 Panamera

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. - Aug. 15, 2013 - PRLog -- A party is scheduled for the highly anticipated 2014 Porsche Panamera at Porsche of Hilton Head, which is part of the New River Auto Mall, on Thursday, September 19. Drivers throughout the coastal Georgia and Lowcountry area are invited to attend this celebration, which will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.; it will feature delicious food from SERG Catering and entertainment by members of Velvet Caravan.

At first glance, it doesn’t look as though much has changed in this new model, but Porsche has cleverly made several upgrades that won’t go unnoticed for long. The new Panamera has a longer wheelbase, larger front intakes, redesigned LED headlights, a redesigned hood, a wider rear window, and updated taillights. Its sleek, sporty, and sophisticated profile is as attractive as ever.

What will really catch the attention of all the performance enthusiasts out there are the engine upgrades. The standard 3.6L V6 now delivers 310 hp — that’s 10 more horses than the previous V6. The naturally aspirated 4.8L V8 of the sportier GTS model also adds 10 horses to produce an impressive 440 hp. The twin-turbo 4.8L V8 of the top-of-the-line Panamera Turbo gets a boost of 20 additional horses to provide a robust 520 hp.

There are a total of nine models to choose from, including the Panamera S E-Hybrid, which features a 333-hp 3.0L V6 engine paired with a 95-hp electric motor.

No matter which model you choose, you get the same stunning and stylish aerodynamic design, along with a complete menu of upscale comfort, convenience, and technology features.
