The Thrilling 2015 Porsche Cayenne Arrives This Month at Porsche of Hilton Head

What Lowcountry drivers will notice first about the 2015 Cayenne is the sharper styling that features precision lines and light refracting edges. New to the interior is a standard multifunction sport steering wheel with shift paddles. The rear seats have been upgraded for more comfort, and seat ventilation is now an available option for the rear seats.

The highlights of each model’s powertrains are also quite impressive.

The Cayenne Diesel comes with a 3.0 liter, turbocharged V6 engine that rates 240 hp and 406 lb-ft of torque with a top speed of 135 mph.

The Cayenne S gets a new 3.6 liter twin-turbo V6 engine that provides 420 hp with 406 lb-ft of torque and a top speed of 160 mph.

The Cayenne S E-Hybrid features an innovative, precision-made hybrid system with a lithium-ion traction 10.8 kWh battery that enables pure electric driving. The electric motor delivers 95 hp for an all-electric top speed of 78 mph. Paired with a 3.0 liter supercharged 333 hp V6, the combined output is 416 hp with 435 lb-ft of torque and a top speed of 151 mph.

The Cayenne Turbo is powered by a twin-turbo 4.8L V8 that provides a robust 520 hp and 553 lb-ft of torque with a top speed of 173 mph.
