KWCUSA Announces Change in South Regional Dates

MASON, Ohio - Aug. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- KWCUSA received a request from our South Regional Venue to modify the dates for their events. Clarion Inn and Half-Time Sports have been great partners this year and KWCUSA agreed to support them in their requests.

The new dates for the KWCUSA South Regional are September 18, 19, 20 with the meet and greet along with drawing for performance positions at 7pm on September 18.

The state competition September 11, 12, and 13 with drawing for performance positions at 7pm on September 11.

The local finals at Half-Time Sports are September 4, 5, 6 with drawing for performance positions at 7pm on September 4.

The Clarion Inn (http://www.clarionhotel.com/hotel-cookeville-tennessee-TN529?listpos=1) in Cookeville, Tennessee is the host hotel for the state and south region competition. "SPECIAL" room rates are available to participants and their friends and family. Interested parties should contact the Front Desk and ask them to apply the price code - KWCUSA which will be a discounted price.

Singers compete at the local level and then advance through state, regional, and finally the national competition at Black Oak Casino in Tuolumne, California. One male and one female rise to the top and are sent by KWCUSA to Finland with paid Hotel and Airfare along with $1,000.00 cash. But the real reward is the Karaoke World Championship experience. This competition is a world class event and friends share the event around the world for years to come.
