Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth North Hotel completes major renovation

FORT WORTH, Texas - July 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Fort Worth’s Hilton Garden Inn North hotel has completed a major renovation of its 98 guest rooms and public space.  The hotel is owned by Austin-based Summit Hotel Properties, a publicly traded REIT, and managed by Irving-based Pillar Hotels & Resorts.

The $2.8 million renovation includes fully updated guest rooms, a complete lobby renovation and exterior refinishing.  The lobby’s nature-inspired design is part of Hilton Garden Inns’ ‘Project Grow’ brand-wide lobby revitalization initiative.

The Project Grow lobby updates include custom design colors, patterns and finishes.  New furniture and fixtures were implemented in an open flow layout promoting socialization and encouraging guests to relax, linger and enjoy the Garden Pavilion.  The garden party spirit is carried through with cabana draperies, signature pendant lighting and lanterns, and planters with lush foliage.  The hotel’s signature food and beverage offerings are highlighted on garden carts and tables.  Communal breakfast bars and tables serve as social gathering areas and impromptu meeting spaces throughout the day.

The fully renovated guest rooms were updated with new furnishings, fixtures, vinyl wall coverings, carpet, drapes and windows.  Each guest room features the brand’s signature Serta bed, a 32” HDTV, and easy-to-set alarm clock. Business focused travelers work smart with complimentary WiFi access, a large work space with an ergonomic Herman Miller chair, and secure printing facilities.
