Around the Rings, IRB World Rugby Conference and Exhibition Announce Partnership

ATLANTA - June 5, 2013 - PRLog -- (Atlanta) – Around the Rings and the IRB World Rugby Conference and Exhibition are pleased to announce a media partnership for the inaugural event in Dublin this fall.

The event, set for November 17 to 20 in Dublin, Ireland – is intended to leverage the opportunities Rugby faces when it rejoins the Olympic program in 2016 with Rugby Sevens after an absence of nearly 100 years. The 15-a-side game will also be in focus with the conference and exhibition taking place prior to the women’s and men’s Rugby World Cups in 2014 (France) and 2015 (England) respectively.

“We are excited to partner with IRB for this event and look forward to providing on-the-scene coverage,” said Publisher Sheila Scott Hula. “ATR has covered changes to both summer and winter sport programs extensively over the years, and we were on the scene at the 2009 IOC session in Copenhagen when Rugby Sevens and golf were added for Rio.

The event will also be an opportunity for new partnerships to be created that will build and develop the ever-growing rugby community.
