MGS Provides Pharmaceutical Compliance Packaging Solutions

MeadWestvaco’s award-winning Dosepak® and Dosepak Express® are two of many products that feature MGS-designed solutions. The MGS Stealth™ cartoner serves as the central piece of application equipment, operating at speeds up to 250 pieces per minute in either Batch mode for pre-sealed blister cards, or as an automated on-line system to bundle carded blisters. Endlessly versatile, the Stealth™ can also be adapted to handle future conventional cartoning applications. It can also apply outserts and print lot and date codes.

The MGS Stealth™ cartoner can be utilized for blister-loading in the production of MWV’s Shellpak® Renew product. The Stealth™ can be used in Batch mode or online with a thermoformer, and an optional ECP pre-feeder is available to reduce the number of operators required. On and off-line labeling is also available. The Eclipse™ cartoner provides dispenser cartoning.
