5th Annual Fashion show to mark graduation day of ESMOD students

June 3, 2013 - PRLog -- Esmod Dubai is the only French Fashion Institution fully dedicated to professional fashion training in the Middle East. It is the Dubai campus of Esmod International, a globally acclaimed provider of French based fashion education   for more than 160 years.

Established in Paris in 1841 by the French tailor, inventor and innovator Alexis Lavigne , Esmod is recognized as the  first institution  to codify couture by inventing tools still being used  by today’s designers, such as the  bust mannequin and the soft metric ribbon.  As the oldest and most prominent school associated with international fashion education, Esmod has opened schools in 20 countries and trained generations of professionals who have worked for iconic international stylists such as Dior, Saint-Laurent, Kenzo, Paco Rabanne, Gaultier, Givenchy and others.

Esmod Dubai, the leading French fashion institute in the Middle East has announced that it will celebrate the graduation of the latest batch of students by staging a fashion show in Dubai at the main atrium of Wafi Mall on June 19th, 2013 at 7 pm.  During the event, over 220 models will display the latest creations by Esmod students.

Tamara Hostal, Director and Founder, Esmod Dubai said,  “Our annual fashion show has now become a highly anticipated event as the audience knows that they will be a part of one of the most creative and cutting-edge fashion extravaganzas of the year.  This time there will be particular emphasis on Architecture, Mythology, Art, Japanese Rock Band, the Glamour From the 50’s to Today’s Fashion and many others.  More than 20 different themes will take you to the very personal universe of each student, offering an exciting glimpse into the creations and cultures, swapping between the past and future, traditions and avant –garde. This year too we expect the show to generate an overwhelming response.”
