Marc Baptiste Hosts Noah New York Fourth Annual Gala

NEW YORK - June 4, 2013 - PRLog -- NEW YORK, NY (June 4, 2013) – The National Organization for the Advancement of Haitians (NOAH) New York Chapter and co-chairs, celebrity photographer Marc Baptiste and Joel Davidson, Esq., are proud to announce the Fourth Annual NOAH NY gala. This year’s event promises to be a grand affair. Invited guests include Supermodel Selita Ebanks, Hip Hop Dj Whoo Kid, filmmaker Jerry Lamothe, and more.

In addition to live entertainment and fine fare, guests will have the opportunity to bid on live and online auctions including dinner with Victoria’s Secret model Ebanks, two tickets to a WNBA game with a tour by Kym Hampton, and a day on a movie set with Lamothe.

"This gala will be a great opportunity for the community to support a worthy cause," said Dr. Henri Paul, President of NOAH NY. “One hundred percent of proceeds will support our efforts to provide healthcare to the underprivileged in Haiti.” NOAH NY, in partnership with the Haitian American Alliance (HAA), EDRA, ADFE, Haiti Soccer Project has conducted several medical missions in the northern Haiti city of Fort Liberté with a staff comprised of all volunteers.

This year’s honorees include Kurt Schmoke, Esq, Vice President and General Counsel at Howard University; Dame Petra Nemcova, Amb. at Large for Haiti, Founder & Chair of the Happy Hearts Fund; Linda Brady, MD, President & CEO of Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center; and Susan Kwon, Vice President, Network Management at Healthfirst.
