VERO BEACH, Fla. - May 30, 2013 - PRLog -- Just over a month ago, Bruce Goldwell released his version of how to lose weight with his book titled "I Threw Away All The Diet Pills."  He wrote the book as a beginners guide to weight loss and not with the idea of it being a best selling book.  His goal is simply to help people who are struggling with losing weight or that have not done any form of exercise for a long time.

Since releasing his book, four people have joined Goldwell's blog to receive updates and to share their own experiences with others and give feedback about their weight loss.  While four people to many would not be a huge following, for Goldwell is a success story.  Goldwell believes if he can help just one person, his efforts in writing the book and publishing the book has been a success.

"I look at life as a way of helping others.  If I can help to make one person's life better, I have probably touched many lives in the process," says Goldwell. If my weight loss book helps one person to live a bit longer and healthier, I believe I will have helped their family and friends to enjoy life a little more, too. Everyone wants to feel their family and friends will be with them for as long as possible and when people have weight issues, everyone around them is affected in some way.  My hope is to help improve the well-being of everyone connected with those facing weight problems by helping those who want to lose weight to begin the process and hopefully, in time, conquer the issue."

I (Bruce Goldwell) didn't right this book with the intent for it to become a #1 best selling book. It is written for those who are stuck trying to lose weight.  It contains a few simple ideas that might help others to break through the barrier that is keeping them from being successful.  I failed so many times at losing weight but I don't believe it is the fault of the diets that I used.  Until I decided that I had to make the commitment and stick to it, losing weight was just an unreachable dream.  

The only one that can guarantee your success in losing weight is you.  All the ideas and methods in the world will never work until you commit yourself to making something work. If not this then what?  If not now, when?
