Vendors Loading Up for The Western Conference
Vendors are quickly registering for space at this year’s Western Conference, which will be the world’s largest Hip Hop Industry Mixer Convention. Held in Los Angeles, California over Labor Day weekend.
One of the best parts of the Western Conference is it is free to the public from 12 p.m. until 6 p.m. on September 1st. This draws one of the largest crowds, commanding media attention. These attendees are eager to look for ways to enhance their brand or increase their swag. With a large fashion show in the works, vendors also have a unique opportunity to be spotted by some of the top designers in the industry who are eagerly scouting for new ideas and inspiration.
This year, a portion of sales proceeds will be donated to the Village Health Foundation. The Village Health Foundation is a non-profit organization that helps to provide affordable and professional medical treatment to the community. One of their biggest activities involves helping clients treat diseases such as diabetes, arthritis, heart disease and HIV/AIDS. Last year, the Western Conference donated a portion of its proceeds to the Musician’s Institute, a college for contemporary music.
Vendors who are interested in this excellent sales opportunity have until July 25th to submit their information for approval. Space is limited and in demand, so it is a wise idea to book your space well in advance of the deadline.
