Vital Warrior To Attend A Veteran Program Private Luncheon

Vital Warrior working together with Vet Net and Working Wardrobes to help our Vets!

LOS ANGELES - May 1, 2013 - PRLog -- I am grateful to say that I will a part of another great cause in helping our Military Veterans.

Tomorrow, Thursday, May 2nd, 2013, I will be attending the 1st Official Luncheon given by Vet-Net (http://www.workingwardrobes.org/website1/veterans.htm). A part of Working Wardrobes (http://www.workingwardrobes.org/), VetNet offers services that helps the transitioning Veteran or those at risk of becoming homeless.

The private luncheon is for Veterans currently in a VetNet program. The luncheon will offer Veterans a question and answers session, information and resources on how Vet Net can better support their employment plan, training opportunities, job search assistance, and an opportunity to network over lunch. Vet Net works with Human Resources professionals to ensure that the Veterans that are in the program are taught about how to interview

Currently, there are about 200 Veterans receiving services through VetNet and Working Wardrobes. It is an honor, for myself and Vital Warrior (http://www.vitalwarrior.org/), to work with an amazing organization geared towards helping our Veterans get off the streets and on back on their feet.

Over a quarter of all homeless in California are Veterans. Please take a moment visit their site to read up on the wonderful work that VetNet and Working Wardrobes are doing for our Veterans. I work quite closely with this Org and will post more on an upcoming event I will be a part of later this month.
