Fifteen year old, Rehtaeh Parsons committed suicide due to a terrible incident when she was raped. However, to make matters worse the boys that committed this crime took photos and posted them onto Facebook, the social networking site used by millions of school pupils.

The pictures went viral and poor Rehtaeh Parsons was distraught. Facebook has been responsible for other incidents similar to this case. Facebook has repeatedly updated their privacy settings to make the social networking site a safer place for teenagers.
