Express Guard Devon Young, 2013 ABA All Star

NEWARK, N.J. - April 19, 2013 - PRLog -- Newark, NJ April 19, 2012 - Jersey Express Guard Devon Young to participate in the 2013 ABA All Star Game.  Young led the team in scoring, averaging 20ppg in his rookie season with the Express.

Young, effectionately known as 'Devo' by his teammates, is a 6'3 guard, with NBA 3pt shooting range, who has the ability to go into the post, and over-power his opponent.  He's a consistent scorer, with a strong, smooth game.  He's ready for his National debut!  For more information on Devon Young, log onto www.jerseyexpress.net, and click on player stats, roster, and pictures.

The ABA Annual All Star Game will be held in Chicago, IL, on Saturday, April 20th @ 3pm, and will be hosted by Ron Hicks of the Chicago Steam.  There will be a 3point shooting contest, slam-dunk contest, and a special Women's WABA game, featuring the Chicago Lady Steam vs Indy Drive.

The Jersey Express finished the 2012-2013 season in 5th place League-wide in the ABA.  After making it to the Elite 8, and advancing to the Eastern Region Final, the Express fell to the South Carolina Warriors 85-89, in South Carolina.
