Endur ID Scheduled to Attend the American Jail Association Annual Training & Jail Expo

HAMPTON, N.H. - April 18, 2013 - PRLog -- The American Jail Association, or AJA, will be holding its 32nd Annual Training & Jail Expo from May 5th through the 9th in 2013. Among the attendees will be Endur ID, a company which focuses on barcoded ID wristbands and cards that are used for inmate protection and overall prison safety.

The event will be held at DeVos Place in Grand Rapids, Michigan and will deal with several key issues of prison security and jail procedures. This year marks the first time in the event’s history that it will host a ‘Special Topic Saturday’, which was initiated due to AJA member concerns about the newly enacted Prison Rape Elimination Act, or PREA. The workshops will focus on how to protect prisoners and meet the standards set forth by PREA.

Endur ID will be exhibiting at the expo and will likely showcase some of their new corrections bands. Registration for the conference is now open through the AJA’s members’ page. Refundable registrations will be accepted up through the end of April, after which refunds will not be possible.
