| ![]() This Week, The Real Deal Show Was Too Real for Dr. Leigh-DavisDr. Leigh-Davis explains why this week's show was stranger than fiction … literally.
The reason for the show being preempted is still being reported, but in summary: it was another threat of violence by an unstable person. Right before the special "Real Deal" episode entitled, "Sexual Healing" was set to go live, police evacuated the entire studio after an imposter entered one of the buildings and initiated a standoff. It is still not clear what weapons, if any, this gentleman (described as a 30-something white male,) had. However, it has been confirmed, he was a known stalker who the police had previously had a problem with. At first, some fans of "The Real Deal" thought it was an early end to the long running show, having recently heard host Dr. Leigh-Davis being interviewed on this being the last year of the weekly show. Publicist Jane Daniels made the official announcement, stating, "Dr. Leigh-Davis has so many entertainment projects on the forefront, including the unbelievably popular show "Success Living," as well as next month's new show, "The Sex Therapy Show;" that after 2013 "The Real Deal" will likely live on as a monthly special. But as a bonus, each special episode will last longer." Dr. Leigh-Davis surmised, "At every studio, there are guards and gates for a reason. However, this was completely unimaginable." "The Real Deal" airs LIVE! every Wednesday at 10:00 PM (Pacific Time.) In addition to being the editor-in-chief of Confidence Magazine™, Dr. Leigh-Davis is the spokesperson for both Rock Star * PR, as well as, Wellness World. Dr. Leigh-Davis is an American citizen, with a Brazilian mother and an Austrian father. Dr. Leigh-Davis is a full-time law professor, retired attorney, anthropologist, and popular legal analyst and legal correspondent, who regularly appears on NBC news, CNN and Fox news. Additionally, Dr. Leigh-Davis is also a journalist with syndicated columns in several newspapers; host of the weekly radio shows “The Real Deal” & "Success Living;" and the former host of the Court TV television show, “The Court is in Session.” http://www.blogtalkradio.com/ End
