About the Author: Col. Chuck Sanders is a disabled Vietnam veteran who served in the Marines. Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, he now lives with his family in Kurtistown, Hawaii. “Lea initially started out to be a short story. After I gave her life, she seemed to take on her own persona.
