Anne Schneiderman Joins MedTech Board Of Directors

ITHACA, N.Y. - March 26, 2013 - PRLog -- ITHACA, N.Y. — Anne Schneiderman. Ph.D., recently joined the Board of Directors of MedTech, the hub of Upstate New York’s bioscience and medical technology industry. Dr. Schneiderman is a partner of the Harris Beach law firm where she is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group.

A biologist as well as a patent attorney, Dr. Schneiderman’s practice focuses on domestic and foreign patent procurement, opinion work and strategic planning. She has represented high technology clients in the field of patent law dealing with biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, nanotechnology, medical devices, environmental chemistry and agriscience. Prior to practicing law, Dr. Schneiderman had a 20-year career as an academic researcher and professor. She holds a Ph.D. from Harvard University as well as a law degree from Stanford University.
