Plaintiff had the questionable Order legally reviewed in another State. Plaintiff was advised the Judge and Court in Spartanburg, SC, produced several legal errors upon the Plaintiff in the questionalbe Order to Dismiss. Plainitff was not offered fair due process in said legal action, by the Court, Clerks, Pat Gotautas, Hope Blackley.Roger Couch, Judge. Case is to proceed. Defendants shall be notified. Release: Cardinal Timothy Dolan of The Archdiocese of New York, St Charles Parish, Staten Island, Monsignor Timothy Bergen, Moravian Cemetery Manager, Tina Cerami, Moravian Cemetery, Staten Island, Nicholas A Mescia, III, Personal Personal Representative Estate of Olga Mescia, Florida & South Carolina, Barbara Mescia Davide, Executrix & Co Guardian, Vermont, Martha J Smith, Court Appointed Plenary Guardian, by C McFerrin Smith, III, Volusia County, Florida, Colonail Funeral Home, Staten Island and The United Brethren Church of SI, Staten Island, are all named as Defendants by Plaintiff Pro Se DJ Donnelly, Tucson, AZ, Staten Island, New York & South Carolina. Case has been filed in The Spartanburg Court of Common Pleas, Case No. 2013CP4201166. Case is seeking justice for the late Ms Olga G Mescia, which all Defendant's allowed Olga G to remain buried in an Unmarked Grave for close to Three Years at Moravian Cemetery. Plaintiff, the first Grandson of the late, Olga G, spearheaded this lawsuit, on behalf of his late Grandmother. Proceeds award to start a Foundation in Memory of Olga G Mescia, so other Seniors in The United States are not abused, denied any rights to life or burial rights by any nursing home, assisted living centers, doctors, hospitals, family, lawyers, insurance compaines and more., finally, Seniors shall have a Voice!!
