Lillian Montalto Refuses to Let Snow Interfere with Repeat Staging Event

March 15, 2013 - PRLog -- The spring market is here!  Are you getting ready to sell your home, but find yourself asking questions such as – Should I keep the room furnished? Does the couch look better in this corner?  Well, Lillian Montalto of Lillian Montalto Signature Properties has all your answers. Her second Staging Event was a fabulous success. Even though they battled yet a second snow storm on the day of the event, it still brought in nearly quadruple the amount of attendees from the February event!

During the hour and a half seminar, Lillian and her professional stager, Sandra Sullivan, provided all of the attendees with extremely valuable information. The event helped establish relationships between local residents and Lillian and her firm on many levels. Four of the attendees were so impressed with the seminar that they decided to list their homes with Lillian Montalto Signature Properties!

The weather unfortunately restricted traveling for any non-locals. With hopes that winter is on its way out and spring is on the horizon, Lillian is holding another event for all those who were unable to travel during the awful weather who have been eagerly asking for the next event date and for any new-comers!  The repeat event is next Thursday, March 21st from 6:00pm to 7:30pm

Lillian Montalto invites you to attend her event and learn some tricks of the trade. She promises you will learn a lot and better your market appeal! Lillian intends on holding regular seminars every month.

Participants are asked to send a photograph of a challenged room to Lillian@andoverhomes.com, which will enter them into a drawing.  One lucky winner will win a "Two Hour Staging Makeover Consultation." This consultation will be scheduled after the event and will take place at the winner's home on a mutually agreed upon date.
