Rich Schefren - Business Growth System Review - From Somone NOT Selling It

Rich Is A Smart Guy!
I will be the first one to tell you that, from everything I have gathered, Rich Schefren is a very bright guy (if not bordering on genius). Positioning his products (yes, Rich is selling products) to target the business opportunity seeker was sheer brilliance! In this economy there is probably no other online marketplace that is larger.

His Story
On his (2.5 hour) free webinar Rich tells us his story. How he went from successful millionaire offline entrepreneur to an online failure! Initially that is -- until he figured out some important stuff. The first of which is the madness that being a solo online entrepreneur seems to cause. That is trying to do every single aspect of your business (product development, marketing, advertising, social media, emailing, etc.) all alone. He likens it to how crazy it would have been for him to make the clothes from scratch and do everything else required to get them to his 'club fashion clothing store' including selling them. Yet, it's this same insane approach that most online (bizopp) marketers take.

The Famous "YOU" Org Chart
Rich created an organizational flowchart showing the countless activities that are required to run a 'typical' bizopp home based business. The punchline is that every single task was assigned to "YOU." I remember watching the video clip where he unveiled his now famous YOU Org Chart to the crowd. There was probably 5 minutes of non-stop laughter! A truly amazing "Ahah" moment for everyone seated in the audience!

His Premise
In summary his premise is that you must know:
• what you're uniquely good at (your sweet spot)
• how to bring that talent to the marketplace as a product/service
• how to create systems to automate the tasks required to make your business profitable.

Here's A Different Point of View
I agree with everything that Rich says. What is there not to agree with? But I think that there is a gap. In other words everyone is NOT going to become a business owner -- right? Many people watching his presentation have careers that they like and just want to make a few hundred dollars, or so, a week for 'mad money' or to knock down some debt.

These people aren't going to hang out an online shingle or create the next big internet trend, etc. I believe that somewhere between the Entrepreneurial Maverick and the BizOpp Addict there is a place for regular people to make some additional cash online.
