Capitol City Brewing Company Unveils New Varied Menu Offerings
Local Brewery Continues Dedication as Nation’s Monument to Handcrafted Beer and Great Food with New Menu, Weekend Brunch and Extended Happy Hour
Unique to the new menu is the Prohibition Porter Beer Bratwursts made with Capitol City’s very own signature Prohibition Porter handcrafted brew. Grilled for a crisp and juicy flavor, these all beef bratwursts are infused with the malty, dark ruby colored beer and served with sauerkraut, smashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Capitol City Brewing Company is also debuting fresh, never frozen, all natural fed chicken from local farms to its menu. The flavorful poultry dishes include the new Lemon Caper Chicken entrée, which is a grilled and seasoned all organic chicken breast with a light lemon butter caper sauce served with couscous and seasonal vegetables. Capitol City also enhanced the popular Amber Chicken Sandwich using an organic grilled chicken breast marinated in its own Amber Wave Ale topped with jack cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onions and pickles on a Kaiser bun.
“Capitol City Brewing Company is the same great brewpub, just with a larger, more extensive menu,” says Tony Harahan, general manager of Capitol City Brewing Company’s downtown location. “We’re excited to offer more health conscious organic choices and newly beer-infused food offerings from our signature handcrafted brews. We know our patrons will enjoy our new tasty dishes.”
