By: The Darcy Hotel Designed by the acclaimed Baskervill architecture and design firm, The Darcy's new $2.4 million courtyard pavilion features a sleek open environment and modern aesthetic with a sophisticated multi-functional scheme that compliments the hotel's contemporary design. A neutral earth-tone palette of ivory, gray and pops of turquoise adorn the space with warm wood elements and green plantings. The translucent skylight dome is adjustable with uplighting and shading features. Additional renovation plans for The Bader Ginsburg include a vestibule entrance, skylight, terrace entrance, storeroom, and separated men's and women's restrooms. Possible room configurations for the transitional spaces include a classroom setting for 135 people, standing reception for 200, seated dinner for 144, U-shaped seating for 50 and a theater setup for 176, all presenting a sleek, transformative look.
