Author Edward Cozza Asks 'How Did We Get Here?' in Novel 'Nowhere Yet'

Feb. 4, 2013 - PRLog -- San Francisco, California – Author Edward Cozza is reaching out to fans again, this time in San Francisco, at the Books Inc. Bookstore at Opera Plaza, (http://www.booksinc.net/SFOpera) February 21 at 7:00 p.m.

Cozza’s book launch party at Warwick’s of San Diego, the country’s oldest family owned and operated bookstore, welcomed the standing-room-only event with their highest ratio of purchases to attendees. Warwick’s reports that Nowhere Yet was #36 in their Top 50 Bestsellers of 2012 with only two months on the shelf.

Since then, Cozza has had his nose to the grindstone, working on the next installment of his planned trilogy. On the Book Inc. event Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/events/376945162400766/) page; however, Cozza remarks that he’s now fired up to answer any and all questions – and for his fans to not be shy. Self-described as “short from the ground up, but not in conversation,” Ed Cozza packs a personality all his own and keeps up lively banter with his fans at all his book signing events.

This event will be no different.

“I want my readers to experience this long, strange trip to Palm Springs with me, to relate to my characters who are feeling the ache of time passing with pangs of regret, to ask themselves ‘how did I get here?’ but also with that glimmer of hope.”

Mr. Cozza continues, “While I want the cover to draw the reader in, I think it will be the strength, gentle humor and flaws within my characters that will buoy the audience along. I hope my book taps out that my goal is to share this journey with readers wanting to take a poke at their past and grin a little at the future.”

In the novel Nowhere Yet, four former friends and lost loves reconnect on a long, lively, and soul-searching weekend in Palm Springs. Each discovering they hold hopes long forgotten, each carrying fears that the best times of their lives may have already passed by. Rekindled feelings and new awakenings show them some paths not previously considered. After all these years, is it possible that the best of their lives is yet to come?
