NYC Police Brutality Lawyer Announces Case Trial Ready in False Arrest Case

Jan. 21, 2013 - PRLog -- The case of People v. B.M. was outrageous. The client, a young Manhattan woman was arrested for DWI in Manhattan by the NYPD officer. Despite being dead sober on tape, she was still arrested. The police based their arrest on a portable breath test device which was later found to be faulty at trial. What was most shocking about the case, was that the police officer that arrested this client for DWI, also arrested another young woman earlier in the year. But after arresting her, made sexual advances to her using Facebook. These facts were brought out at trial and the client was found Not Guilty  at her DWI trial.
