PRLog -- The attorneys of Dion & Forsyth, P.A. recently taught continuing legal education classes. Nicole Bloom Dion was an instructor and co-authored the materials for the National Business Institute's Continuing Legal Education program entitled "FDCPA and Collecting the Judgment" in November 2012. Her topics were asset location and post judgment execution.
Prior to that in July 2012, Douglas Forsyth and Nicole Bloom Dion taught a continuing legal education class entitled "Collection Law: Debtors, Assets & Judgments" held by Law Review CLE. The topics covered in this class included, but were not limited to, prejudgment discovery, locating debtors, debtor asset discovery, pre-lawsuit strategies, procedural guidelines for filing lawsuits and obtaining judgments, collecting judgments, and creditor's rights when a debtor files for bankruptcy.
