Jan. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- Dion & Forsyth, P.A. is pleased to announce the opening of its doors.  Dion & Forsyth, P.A. is a Florida-based law firm founded by Nicole Bloom Dion, Esq. and Douglas Forsyth, Esq., both of whom recently left Gill, Dion & Forsyth, P.A. (subsequently, re-named The Gill Law Firm).   The attorneys of Dion & Forsyth, P.A. are committed to serving clients' legal needs with competence, innovation and integrity.  Their clients range from national corporations to individuals.  The attorneys regularly assist clients with all types of breach of contract and open account services, including creditor's rights, commercial litigation, consumer litigation and debt collection.

Nicole has practiced for over 17 years in the area of consumer and commercial creditor collections matters representing a clientele of banks, universities, senior living communities, advertising companies, and home health care agencies.  She is admitted to practice in Florida.  She earned her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University.  

Douglas has extensive experience in debt collections, debt defense, commercial litigation, creditor's/consumer rights, contract disputes, alternative dispute resolutions, default judgments, and judgment collections.  He is admitted to practice in Florida.  He earned his J.D. from New England School of Law.
