Jan. 14, 2013 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial brokerage firms, has recently completed the sale of the industrial property located at Highway 52 in Goose Creek, S.C. for $3.3 million.

Lee & Associates’ Charleston office represented both sides in the transaction. Thomas G. Buist, Jr., SIOR represented the seller, Goose Creek Industrial Investors, while R. Milton Thomas, III, CCIM, SIOR represented the buyer, EF Sanders, LLC.

“Both buyer and seller were very happy with the way the deal came together,” said Thomas. “We were able to work together and secure the best deal for both clients.”
