Nadel Architects Hires Industry Veteran Robert Gross as Multifamily Studio Director

LONG BEACH, Calif. - Sept. 5, 2018 - PRLog -- Nadel Architects (Nadel), an international architectural design firm headquartered in Los Angeles, has appointed Robert Gross as studio director, spearheading the firm's multifamily division. Based in Los Angeles, Gross brings more than 30 years of experience in architecture and design, specializing in multifamily, residential mixed-use, hospitality, retail and attractions, broadening Nadel's range of expertise and further bolstering the firm's presence in Los Angeles.

Gross is a licensed architect in California and New York. Among Gross' notable projects include a 50-story mixed-use tower located at 825 South Hill Street; Eastown (originally named Blvd6200), a mixed-use residential project on Hollywood Boulevard with 1,024 residential units and 175,000 square feet of retail; Hotel Sherman Oaks; Westfield Topanga mall's expansion; the W Hotel Times Square; and The Independence Park Administration Building for Kaiser Permanente. Additionally, Gross' background and passion for the arts and education have driven his work on projects such as The Boys & Girls Club of San Fernando Valley, Woolworth School of Music, The Arts Students League and The Bais Sonya Gutte School for Girls.

Prior to joining Nadel, Gross served as a senior architect for Chris Dikeakos Architectural Corporation. His previous experience includes serving as a consultant for Coe Architecture International, TCA Architects and VTBS Architects.

Gross is a U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED Accredited Professional and member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He earned both his bachelor's and master's degree at the Tulane University School of Architecture.
