| ![]() Automotive Technician Students in Pueblo Receive Awards at PotluckOn December 13th, the Automotive Technician program at IntelliTec College of Pueblo celebrated the end of a great year with a potluck event. The Automotive Technology awards for the Deans List, Directors List and Perfect Attendance were announced.
By: IntelliTec College in Pueblo Approximately 50 faculty, students, friends and family attended the daytime event at IntelliTec’s Pueblo campus where Dean of Students Ginger Maggrett handed out awards. Around 35 people showed up for the evening event as Dean of Students Kent Burger handed out the remaining awards. In addition to the great food and awards IntelliTec College raffled off two baseball caps, and Power Credit Union stopped by to raffle off a gift card for Auto Zone. Events like this allow students to enjoy some well-deserved fun while bringing community recognition to the College and its programs. Automotive Program Supervisor Anton Floyd said for the holidays they are “giving the students a break in order to recharge so they can come back strong next year.” As a Snap-on partner school, IntelliTec College of Pueblo (http://www.intelliteccollege.com/ Graduates of this Automotive Technician program in Pueblo can expect to find work as automotive service technicians – including front-end/alignment technicians, brakes and suspension technicians, drivability technicians, electrical/electronic technicians, engine repair technicians, driveline technicians and more. IntelliTec’s Automotive training also prepares its students for future advancement opportunities such as automotive service writer/advisor.
