Surfaces 2013 Addresses How Social Media Fits Into Overall Flooring Business in Workshop
Surfaces 2013 will address how social media fits into overall flooring businesses during “Social Media: How To For Business” a two-hour workshop led by Sarah B. Kelly, and Christine B. Whittemore.
Social Media: How-To for Business scheduled for 1/28/13 from 9am to 11am will explore how social media tools help flooring and stone businesses develop relationships and engage with customers online, starting with what it means to be social.
“As comfortable as we may be individually with being social, the minute we take on a business role, we forget the meaning of social,” says Whittemore. “During this seminar, we’ll review the benefits that social media tools offer businesses as well as offer best practices so that flooring businesses can be deliberate and authentic in their social engagements with prospective customers.”
"Attendees will leave the workshop knowing how to assess their online presence and how to engage with customers online,” says Johnson.
