Bug Zapper
Jan. 5, 2013 - PRLog -- Insect electrocution traps, or "bug zappers", are effective at alleviating the nuisance of flying insects.  They also provide entertainment, as many people enjoy listening for zapped insects.  Some even make a sport of it by trying to count the number of insects zapped.  Inventor DeVane adds novelty to the conventional bug zapper with his counting device.

This clever new invention Patent # 8,319,649 B1 displays the number of bugs zapped by the electrocution trap.  A large numeric display is positioned on top of the enclosure.  The counter is also made in a retrofit design to be used with existing bug zappers.  Use of the insect Electrocution Device with Counter provides a scientific means, education, and entertainment by keeping a running count of bugs zapped.

Inventor James DeVane has completed patent # 8,319,649 B1 and design details and is currently looking for production, marketing and development partners to mass marketing market this product to companies such as Lowes, Home Depot and Walmart.
