This joint-hidden roll forming machine was designed and built to produce mainly the wall panels (sometimes as roofing sheets also) with the joint parts hidden or bolts hidden in the connection parts. The joint hidden roll forming machine will be delivered to one of our domestic customers who is a large contractor for steel structureal construction which require joint hidden wall panels or joint hidden wall sheets, and for some other occassions joint hidden roofing sheet roll forming machine also required in construction projects.This joint hidden roll forming machine consists of a 5Ton manual uncoiler, feeding guide, roll forming machine,hydraulic cutting device,PLC control system,hydrauilc station and runout tables. Under the advanced PLC control system,this line is able to run fully automatically and cut the finished products both automatically and mnaully.
