Follow on Google News | ADVANCE For Nurses Searching For New Generation of BloggersADVANCE for Nurses, Serving New Nurse Graduates and Students is looking for the next generation of bloggers for its popular website and they are inviting student nurses to get involved by answering the question, “Where Will You Be in 10 Years”.
By: ADVANCE for Nurses "Nurses have many career opportunities before them, and they have the power to generate even more opportunities in the future. Those who are about to start their first nursing jobs have a lot to contribute to the ongoing dialogue about where nursing as a profession is headed," said Linda Jones, editorial director of ADVANCE for Nurses. "We want to give them a voice through our blogs." To participate, student nurses need to create a 500-word profile that describes where they’d like to be in 10 years and submit it by January 18, 2013 onto an official entry form located on the ADVANCE for Nurses website. Eligibility is limited to nursing students in diploma, associate's or bachelor's programs. Winner(s) will be notified in early February and be offered the opportunity to become an ADVANCE blogger in 2013. Winning entries will appear in the 2013 edition of ADVANCE for Nurses Serving New Nurse Graduates and Students, to be published in March 2013.
