Dec. 18, 2012 - PRLog -- Small Business Awards 2012, in its 3rd year, organized by Franchise India and Bloomberg, and sponsored by State Bank of India, turned out to be a great affair with awards given to various progressive businesses across the country. Quite a few organizations from the world of education were also felicitated, which included S Chand group, Vidyalankar group of Institutes, and others.

Incept Training Academy, which is India's first training institute on Biometrics and Surveillance, provides training to businesses across India which are wishing to start or expand a business in access control/ CCTV/ biometric industry. It also trains students and professionals wishing to build/strengthen their career in the industry. It was nominated under the Category "SME Mentor of the Year". Having mentored more than 50 businesses in the industry, and having created more than 200 professionals, Incept Training Academy has taken some quick strides in the industry.

Among other awardees, there was Elder Healthcare group, currently helmed by Dr Anuj Saxena (also popular for being an actor/producer in Hindi Film and TV industry), which received the prestigious Small Business of the Year award. This award was given in recognition to the entrepreneurial works done by Dr Saxena in this huge conglomerate.

Small Business Awards partnered with Bloomberg in its 3rd year, after having partnered with Zee Business in the previous year. The award show was interspersed with musical and dance performances by popular entertainers from the domain- Bhavya Pandit and Santosh Shetty Dance group. It was preceded by an intelligent talk show involving leaders who promote Jugaad. Vishal Gondol, the quintessential "jugaad entrepreneur" enlightened the audience with some brilliant anecdotes about the concept of 'entrepreneurship with street smartness'. Founder Chairman of Quickheal, Author of 'Jugaad Innovation', and other dignitaries also graced the occasion.

Incept Training Academy has temporarily partnered with Nigerian Identity Management Commission, and hopes to have a significant long term association with them. This, and many other reasons, have been the deciding factor behind selection of Incept Training Academy for the consideration of this prestigious award.
