Minneapolis Business Law Firm Expands, New Name & Website

Nov. 20, 2012 - PRLog -- An established business law firm in Minneapolis, Twin Cities Law Firm LLC, recently hired business and employment law attorneys Steven Cerny and Mark Dooley to join attorneys Lucas Thompson, Aaron Hall, and Mark Santi.  

The firm has been renamed to Thompson Hall Santi Cerny & Dooley. "We changed the name because business owners who frequently use legal services said they preferred to use a named partner and thought the old name was too unconventional," explained Aaron Hall, the firm's president. "The new name reflects the fact that our law firm's growth is based on the exceptional reputations of its attorneys and not some corporate brand."

"Corporate branding is fine for the large law firms," added Hall.  "For boutique business law firms like ours, clients hire an attorney, not a brand."

The firm also launched a website: http://ThompsonHall.com/. The law firm will keep its http://MinnesotaAttorney.com and http://MinnesotaLawyer.com websites, which will be rebranded under the Thompson Hall name.

The Thompson Hall law firm will continue to represent business owners and their companies in complex contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and tax audits—along with litigation involving these areas.
