Nov. 19, 2012 - PRLog -- CMS Intelliteach, a comprehensive provider of business management and IT services to law firms, today announced the addition of Kelly Solomon as new director of service desk operations. Kelly, who has 20 years of experience in various technology support and training functions, including 15 in the legal profession, will focus on employees’ technical education as well as enhancing helpdesk quality and the overall client support experience. She is based in the Atlanta office.
Kelly Solomon is a highly accomplished legal technology professional who understands the support needs of attorneys and their staff.  She has a strong background supporting litigation and transactional work. Prior to her new role with CMS Intelliteach, Ms. Solomon most recently worked with the Corporate Legal Department at The Coca-Cola Company on several technology initiatives that improved workflow and increased legal team efficiency. Before that, she held several law firm helpdesk and training positions focused on user support process and efficiency.
