Quinter Design Named as One of Maryland’s 53 Exceptional Businesses

Nov. 5, 2012 - PRLog -- In its fifth year, The Gazette’s program honors the top 53 businesses and organizations based on noteworthy innovations in service, community outreach and positive workplace environment. Quinter Design is ranked No. 21 on the list; the rankings were announced at an awards ceremony in late October.

For nearly 20 years, Brookeville-based Quinter Design has offered three core services to companies of all sizes, non-profit organizations and government agencies: 1) innovative, creative graphic design for print and web; 2) on-target publicity services and media relations; and 3) custom design and production of trade show displays, posters, banners and large format printed projects.
Quinter Design was recognized for its innovative ideas to generate growth despite the lean economic times of the past three years. The firm expanded its publicity services, refined its promotional materials, and cross-marketed its three core services in Bundles of [Promotional] Joy, combining publicity services, custom-designed trade show display items and companion printed materials at prices significantly lower than purchasing the same materials and services individually
The firm’s commitment to pro bono service and volunteer work also was cited by The Gazette. Several area non-profit organizations have benefited from the firm’s generosity, including Manna Food Center, the Olney Farmers Market and Threshold Services. Robyn and John co-chair the Olney Chamber of Commerce’s annual signature event, Community Night, a business showcase attracting 3,000+ attendees. Robyn serves as President of the Board of MCF (Maryland Coalition of Families for Children’s Mental Health), a statewide advocacy group, and John serves on the Board of Directors of Montgomery Alliance for Community Giving.
