Oct. 18, 2012 - PRLog -- As 2012 winds to a close, professionals close to the benefits and health care industry pause to review the decisions and changes made throughout the year to prepare for 2013.  

For most, the largest impact to the industry, and across the nation, would the Supreme Court ruling stating that PPACA (Protected Patient and Affordable Care Act) was in fact, constitutional, in June of 2012. Simply stated, PPACA covers a wide area – and often times seems innavigable to most at first glance.

According to the Kaiser Health Reform Timeline, PPACA will have implemented a total of 11 different provisions by year end. However, 2013 offers even more change to be aware of – stating a total of 15 implementations by year-end.
