LeadMaster Australia appoints new Customer Success Manager
LeadMaster Australia announced today that Janine Van der Walt has joined the Company as a Customer Success Manager. Janine will be based at the Company’s corporate headquarters in Sydney, Australia.

Janine will drive LeadMaster SaaS product adoption, best practices and implement strategies in order to drive maximum value and success within our customer base. Janine works directly with corporate and Enterprise end users to develop and implement a structured and cohesive approach to ensure successful engagement by our end users.
Janine will improve productivity by highlighting opportunities and recommending changes with action plans to LeadMaster’s SaaS clients. She will be responsible to developing trusted and collaborative relationships and drive higher user adoption by ensuring best practices’ compliance.
Janine has over 10 years of IT Business Relations as well as Marketing specialist experience. Janine has a proven track record, with a focus on customer relations that combines a full understanding of the client’s business needs and the management of all requirements in meeting client commitments and milestones through the life of any project.
Prior to her appointment to LeadMaster Australia, Janine was a Senior IT Client Manager for CoreLogic in California. Janine brings an extensive project, acquisition and IT client management background. Janine Van der Walt has a Bachelor degree in Business and Marketing from the University of South Africa.
