Sandi Sandiland Joins Baker Communications as Chief Operating Officer

Sept. 25, 2012 - PRLog -- (Houston, TX) Baker Communications, one of the world’s leading sales performance improvement companies, announced today that Sandi Sandiland has joined their executive leadership team as Chief Operating Officer. Sandiland comes to Baker Communications after more than 18 years with Dell, Inc., where she held leadership roles in Sales, Marketing and Sales Operations.  Some of Sandiland’s accomplishments with Dell include the deployment of Salesforce CRM in Canada and South America for the implementation and tracking of the sales process and structure created to support Dell's transformation.  Sandi lead a team responsible for sales enablement in the Channel and delivered a partner portal to support a $15 billion business.  Most recently Sandi was responsible for the Dell Canada Channel business, growing revenue 12% year over year in a challenging economic environment. Prior to her time at Dell, Sandi held sales and marketing positions with the former Digital Equipment Corp.
