Sept. 18, 2012 - PRLog -- SAN FRANCISCO – SALESFORCE.COM DREAMFORCE – Coaching in the Cloud, a CloudCoaching International Service, today announced that two of its most popular coaching productivity tools, SuccessTracker and SkillBurst, will become part of the new Salesforce ecosystem. SuccessTracker and SkillBurst enable sales leaders and sales managers to provide effective one-to-one and one-to-many coaching directly from Salesforce. The two applications will be available for free for 60 days on's AppExchange, the world’s most popular cloud marketplace for social apps for business.

SuccessTracker enables managers to create performance plans linked to any object in Salesforce. SkillBurst enables managers to run high-impact best practice sharing meetings with their teams, leveraging a library of targeted skill development modules. SuccessTracker allows sales managers to create custom metrics and enter specific targets for each of their sales makers, which can then be tracked in real time from the CloudCoach Tracker console to get a quick and easy heat map showing how well their team is performing against specific performance plans. Using Skillburst, sales managers may choose from a menu of pre-existing or custom-developed SkillBurst titles to develop specific skills. SkillBurst enables managers to deliver high-impact, low time-commit, best-practices sessions, deployed from Salesforce in the Cloud.

During Dreamforce 2012, on Sept. 21 from 9 a.m. - 10 a.m., Rogers will be leading a session as part of the track titled, “How to Build a Winning Sales Organization.” During the session, Rogers will be sharing insights from a new book he co-wrote with Tony Robbins that explores strategies and tactics to massively accelerate sales growth.
